Spirit - Gong Healing with Faith Challinor-Wheatley

• Earth - Dru Yoga with Val and John Higgon followed by the placing of ribbon votives in the prayer tree
• 12.00 – 13.00

LUNCH - Bring your own packed lunch or enjoy homemade aromatic Dal and Rice prepared

      by Paul Rousselle for a donation of £2                                                                                      Refreshmentof Tea or Coffee for a donation of 25p

Water - Water blessing

Father Luke Holden (Greek Orthodox Church),   Revd Alan Bayes (Anglican Church in Wales) and Father David Bennett (Liberal Catholic Church) will also explain the meaning and significance of this spiritual practice in the Christian tradition

Fire - Fire-bowl ceremony of cleansing and release to close the day lead by Erin Kavanagh with Hayley Addis and Paul Rousselle   (This will be followed with chanting  to ‘ground’ us before we depart after a final cup of tea)
